Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage set-up technicians and support the Service Manager by providing customer service to individuals, companies, organizations, and municipalities who need repair to skid steers, compact tractors, farm tractors, farm equipment, mini excavators, utility vehicles, and lawn and garden equipment in a safe and enjoyable job setting. We prefer solid experience but will train the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Work with sales team on equipment set ups
Create and schedule repair orders for new and used equipment
Inspect new & used equipment before going out to customers
Provide customer satisfaction by serving in a professional, speedy and efficient manner
Assist Service Manager with work flow
Process work orders and warranty claims
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions
Mentor and develop technicians and nurture an environment where they can excel
Work well with other departments to grow the dealership
Maintain and provide a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in customer service
Proven work experience in a shop environment
Computer skills with working knowledge of software and tools
Ability to think strategically and lead
Strong communication skills
Customer service oriented
A base knowledge of agricultural, turf, and/or construction equipment
Write clear service repair orders and customer estimates
Exercise good judgement
Have and maintain a good driving record
Candidates selected for hire must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
