ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. The Plumbers and Pipefitter Local Union 262 is looking for a full time Office Manager/Pension Administrator. This position is responsible for the daily administrative duties including general bookkeeping, account receivable, accounts payable and member management in addition to typical office duties such as answering the phone and filing.
This is a unique position with many layers to it as you will be managing a Labor Union office while also working with the Union Trusts. The ideal candidate is a self-driven multi-tasker who is detail oriented with good critical thinking and communication skills with experience in bookkeeping, working with Boards and Trusts, deciphering legal documents and using Quickbooks, Word and Excel.
