ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Demonstrate an understanding of all processes and policies within our department
Develop, analyze, and maintain statistics to identify staffing trends
Interpret data and communicate findings
Perform reviews of trends, make recommendations, and implement final solutions to improve current processes
Collaborate with internal departments and management team to implement changes
Support department in reaching goals through analysis
Monitor data to identify changes in trends, identify areas for improvement
Create reports and presentations to summarize data results
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, or other related field preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or education is a plus
Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team
An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
Interpersonal Requirements:
Maintain social, ethical and organizational norms
Achieve accomplishment of all task details, no matter how small
Maintain good personal motivation and develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results
Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed
Ability to work under the pressure of meeting strict deadlines
