Integrity Grading & Excavating, Inc. is a Heavy Civil Construction company. Our company has grown rapidly in the past two years and are in need of an Administrative Assistant to aid in our Estimating department. The qualified candidate will work primarily with the estimating department; however, will provide back-up and assistance to other areas of focus within the organization.

The job requires attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask and must be able to adhere to strict deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Print and order plans and specs for prospective jobs
• Assist estimating team in all aspects of bidding process
• Answer and direct phone call
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• File bidding paperwork post bid
• Deliver Bids
• Provide support to visitors
• Input quotes into spreadsheets and InEight software system
• Complete pre-qualification’s for upcoming bids
• Maintain bidding spreadsheet
• Review quotes
• Research possible projects to bid
• Maintain e-mail for incoming quotes
• Solicit quotes and provide outreach assistance
• Field calls regarding quotes and provide information

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication skills essential for this position
• High school diploma or higher
• Attention to detail and organizational skills critical
• Self-directed and motivated

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with InEight Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• MSOffice
• Knowledge of construction

JOB STATUS AND EXPECTED HOURS

This is a full-time position.

IGE’s core hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work, seasonal spikes in hours may be required as essential functions demand.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

TRAVEL

Minimal travel required for this position.
