Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Maintain building and equipment in a proper sanitation condition, under the direction of the Sanitation Lead.
o Must protect product from contaminations while completing assigned tasks.
o Ensure cleaning is done correctly.
o Inspect equipment before and after cleaning for any possible contamination.
o Report any acts or conditions that may place our product at risk.
o Responsible for learning safety rules.
o Responsible for following safety rules.
o Ensuring that technicians follow safety rules.
o Follow LOTO Procedures when necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Experience in Sanitation in a food-manufacturing environment preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Schedule consist of working: 10:00pm to 6:00am, must be able to work overtime, weekends and Holidays as needed.
