Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. You will work very closely with both the President/CEO, Contract Support & Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support staff with general operational tasks
- Draft emails to clients/Vendors/Customers etc.
- Make and stay on top of Travel Arrangements
- Manage an array of filing both paper and electronic in a very organized manner
- Simple Data entry on programs such CostPoint and Excel
- You will be the eyes and ears of the organization! When a call comes in you will knock
them out with professionalism and a great attitude. You will assess the situation of any
call, take detailed notes and make sure the right people are communicated with and that
commitments are kept.
- You will have to be cool under fire and sometimes need a thick skin.
- The whole team is expected to do what it takes to get the job done.
- NO JOKE Multi-Tasking! This is the most important piece of this job.

Experience
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, Excel, Costpoint experience is a plus.
