You will work very closely with both the President/CEO, Contract Support & Human Resources.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support staff with general operational tasks

- Draft emails to clients/Vendors/Customers etc.

- Make and stay on top of Travel Arrangements

- Manage an array of filing both paper and electronic in a very organized manner

- Simple Data entry on programs such CostPoint and Excel

- You will be the eyes and ears of the organization! When a call comes in you will knock

them out with professionalism and a great attitude. You will assess the situation of any

call, take detailed notes and make sure the right people are communicated with and that

commitments are kept.

- You will have to be cool under fire and sometimes need a thick skin.

- The whole team is expected to do what it takes to get the job done.

- NO JOKE Multi-Tasking! This is the most important piece of this job.

- Someone who is hungry to learn.

Experience

- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, Excel, Costpoint experience is a plus.

- A person with an outgoing personality who is fun to be around.

- A person with energy and drive who wants to be a key person in the organization and grow with it.

- Someone that can be friendly with everyone but be able to work alone and stay out of any drama.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Administrative Assistance / Office Manager: 4 years (Required)
• Costpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Employee engagement: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Clearfield, UT 84016: Relocate before starting work (Required)
