Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. CSO is looking for a Triage and Integration Specialist to join our team in Springfield.
This Triage and Integration Specialist will support full integration of CSO services for clients, including initial screening, assessments and triaging appropriately.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline or related field; Good listening skills; ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight, and ability to foster self-sufficiency in real-life situations using problem-solving and practical; Excellent oral and written communication skills; computer proficiency. Must be able to work flexible schedule which may include evening and weekend work, as required by client needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
