Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist supports and coordinates the activities of the organization's global ethics and compliance function. Assists with the delivery and maintenance of programs to assess and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks and establish high ethical standards of conduct for the organization. Being an Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist prepares materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations. Supports or delivers employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist generates reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions. May administer reporting systems or helplines for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's ethical standards, violations of law, or policies without fear of retaliation. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Your role will be our organization’s B2B customer-facing marketing efforts including email communications, marketing automation, contact management, social marketing, and advertising channels.     Role and Responsibilities
    To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate the following competencies to consistently perform the essential functions of this position. All employees are expected to adhere to and be knowledgeable of Orion180 operations standards, established security/safety rules, and requirements for attendance. The requirements listed below are representative of the fundamental knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully:

    • In coordination with sales and customer support groups, create, and send targeted e-mail campaigns daily. Measure results and execute follow-up strategies.
    • Write compelling copy for all business-to-business initiatives.
    • Plan and execute B2B marketing engagement campaigns.
    • Lead the optimization and iterating of marketing campaigns to drive additional business from existing customers and new qualified leads.
    • Partner with business intelligence, sales, and business development teams to create customer nurturing workflows.
    • Identify “low-hanging fruit” opportunities and turn those opportunities into workable projects to implement and execute.
    • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
    • Run meetings with internal audiences to align tactical plans.
    • Work with our business intelligence team to measure, report and understand marketing KPIs and campaign performance, including leads, conversion rates, traffic, and social media engagement.
    • Participate in and support reporting of quarterly marketing business reviews.
    • Integrate and align brand/company strategy in all marketing efforts.
    • Work closely with our design team and other support agencies to create imagery and other assets.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably marketing business to other businesses.
    • Candidate must have strong writing, communication, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Strong background in email marketing and social media marketing.
    • Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with the brand.
    • Well-versed with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
    • An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite.
    • Works well in a demanding environment while maintaining close attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external teams and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and business leaders.
    • Candidate must be self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task, be able to manage priorities effectively, and multiple deadlines in a highly dynamic environment.
    • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team.
    • Ability to think creatively with good problem-solving skills.
    • Candidate must be able to engage in respectful and collaborative professional relationships.

    Physical Demands
    While performing general office duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (< 25 lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or stoop to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.

    Work Environment
    The office environment is quiet and, in a temperature, controlled setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to conversations, unscheduled maintenance repairs to the building or its interior offices, or unpredictable situations due to weather or other acts beyond company control. An employee must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for their duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on the company/department needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
