Our mission is to create memorable experiences that raise funds and awareness for important causes. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and community outreach programs
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling
- Prepare and organize materials and supplies for events
- Ensure all event aspects run smoothly and efficiently
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and online content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
- Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to drive event attendance and support
- Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure successful event outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and manage correspondence related to fundraising events
- Monitor and report on the success of fundraising events, providing insights for future improvements
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for making a positive impact through fundraising and community engagement
- Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit organizations is a plus but not required
