Responsibilities:- Event Booking Management: Handle client event bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed in a timely manner
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering professional assistance and information about event packages and bookings
- Coordination: Collaborate with clients to arrange specific event needs, ensuring all requirements are met for a seamless experience
- Processing Payments and Documentation: Manage payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate event records for clients
- Work From Home: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with internet access
