A successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to understand their event vision, preferences, and objectives; Create stunning event designs that capture the essence of each occasion, using Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite; and plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, ensuring that the design concept is flawlessly brought to life. Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement; Conversational skill level in Portuguese, Italian, and French is a plus; Expertise in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite; Proven experience as an event planner; Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to design details; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Creative problem-solving abilities; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
