Being an Executive Administrative Assistant III conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. In addition, Executive Administrative Assistant III develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Duties:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and insurance documents
- Conduct research and compile data for various insurance policy renewals
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign
- Strong typing skills to accurately type and transcribe documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail for data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
