Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Being an Executive Assistant manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Additionally, Executive Assistant develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to c-suite executive. The Executive Assistant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Basic Purpose Of The Job
The Executive Assistant provides support to the company’s executive team by performing advanced level administrative duties under limited supervision and interfacing with high level internal and external contacts. This position also may provide first level supervision to other administrative staff.

Requirements
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED and/or Associate’s Degree required and four years of office experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the candidate with the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
Preferred Work Experience
Experience in a health care environment preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Expert skills in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to develop proficiency in enterprise software.
Expert customer service and communication skills.
Expert skills in clerical duties such as phone etiquette, filing, and managing calendars.
Ability to write and speak clearly and concisely to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
Ability to identify, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
