Main Responsibilities:
- Engage candidates daily (phone, in person, video, text, email).
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries for client presentation
- Complete one supervisory reference prior to candidate's second client interview
- Facilitate the job offer negotiation process through to its completion; understand your top priority is to close deals while maintaining viable relationships with candidates we place (and even those we do not) for future referrals and long-term relationships.
- Follow up with candidates as needed
- Assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
- Conduct Day 1 | 5 | 30 | 60 | 90 | 180 | 365-day status checks for each candidate you place
Position Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Possesses willingness to become proficient in the utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) – aka Big Biller (combined CRM and ATS)
- Fundamental knowledge of market trends and business best practices
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred; exceptions made for military Veterans (ArmyStrong)
- Impeccable integrity
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Problem analysis and assessment; critical thinking skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills; “best in class” time management
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Initiative and proactive nature; high energy
