Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Job duties
· Assist management in key account relationships, on-going projects and compliance
· Manage correspondence, letters and other communications for management
· Research project opportunities, regulations, collect, analyze and present findings
· Follow-up on project bids, customer quotes
· Review and process contracts and project related paperwork
· Manage utility locates
· Prepare bids
· Prepare shop drawings
· Project close out documents
Skills
· Critical thinking, ability to make decisions and follow through
· Attention to accuracy and details
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and multi-task
· Strong knowledge of MS office suite, especially Excel
· Current knowledge of office gadgets, cell phones and aps
· Strong desire to succeed
· 4-year college degree
