Executive Response Manager jobs in Dover, NH

The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a new Senior Executive Office Manager to join the team. The Senior Executive Office Manager manages all needs for the IAPP CEO and Board of Directors.

Job Responsibilities 

• Manage executive operations personnel through selection, training, and performance feedback delivery.
• Serve as primary administrative support for the CEO including scheduling travel arrangements and expenses.
• Create and adhere to department, office expenses, and staff appreciation budgets so that deliverables are on-time and within budget.
• Act as primary liaison between staff, CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors.
• Serve as project manager for CEO’s projects such as internal art curation, shipping projects, staff meeting preparation, and community relationship management.
• Manage board operations including but not limited to: event registration, board meeting planning, meeting minutes and event execution, internal documentation, and Salesforce contribution management.
• Provide leadership support for the Board meetings and Leadership retreats through generating correspondence, making travel arrangements, updating schedules, expense reimbursement, and overseeing logistics.
• Oversee organizational employee hospitality (annual staff party, staff recognition, monthly staff appreciation events).
• Uphold confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Travel Requirements

• This is a 4:1 hybrid position (Fridays are available for virtual work); may require support and work outside of normal business hours; many weeks will require 5 days in the office.
• Travel will be required both domestically and internationally for Board meetings and CEO support.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year College or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
