Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Ensures policies and procedures are followed for placing expatriates. Being an Expatriate Administration Supervisor leads visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Nous recherchons pour notre client grand compte dans le domaine du ferroviaire un ingénieur Support à l'administration et aux outillages.
Il / elle aura pour mission de :
- Installer, administrer et maintenir des systèmes informatiques (Référentiels, Outils de sauvegarde, Hyperviseur, Centreon, Visual Planning )
- Mettre en place l’exploitation et la mise à jour d’outillages opérationnels (Supervision Centreon, Intranet, référentiels, sauvegardes )
- Participer aux projets de migration Centreon
- Développer, intégrer et tester de bout en bout les outils techniques pour la supervision et la maintenance des systèmes portant des services de communication. En particulier :
- Implémenter les moyens de supervision (Centreon)
- Définir les indicateurs de capacité et les implémenter dans l’outillage de suivi
- Développer, intégrer et tester de bout en bout des scripts (outillage), en assurant la gestion de configuration
- Apporter le support pour le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des systèmes informatiques
- Piloter l'obsolescence des systèmes et élaboration des roadmaps associées (paliers techniques, projets de pérennisation, )
- Exécuter, tester et réceptionner les solutions développées
- Rédiger de la documentation sur les activités RUN, modes opératoires techniques, procédures de maintenance, guide d'installation, guide d'administration, manuel d'utilisation et manuel d'exploitation
Ingénieur ou équivalent BAC 5 avec plus de 8 d'ans d'expérience.
Bonne expérience dans l’intégration et l’exploitation de solutions Windows & Linux.
OS : Windows Server (niveau confirmé), Linux (niveau confirmé)
Base de données : MariaDB, Postgresql, Oracle (Connaissances)
Sauvegarde : Connaissance des techniques et stratégies de sauvegardes locales et distantes
Outillage de supervision (Centreon, Shinken, protocole SNMP, MIBs, )
Création / modification de maps CENTREON
Développement web (de type HTML / CSS, PHP, Javascript)
