We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator for a medical practice.The candidate will undertake day to day administrative tasks.

The job responsibilities include (but not limited) are- answering phone calls. scheduling and conforming patients appointments, insurance verification, communicating with doctors office, managing work flow, collecting copays,depositing checks/ cash to the bank. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our Klamath Falls office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Requirements

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Basic manners
• Punctuality is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
