• Serve as a point of contact with enrolled families.
• Facilitate community engagement activities to meet enrollment goals and complete outreach to stakeholders.
• Attend school district meetings.
• Promote communication to families through emails, phone calls, and memos, as well as engage parents at events or when issues occur.
• Manage enrollment process, including reviewing eligibility, and assisting families with completion of paperwork; prepare and maintain required records.
• Complete and maintain the USDA meal applications.
• Input student information and prepare classroom information reports.
• Conducts home visits to build rapport with families.
• Collaborate with other staff in planning and leading special events.

• High school diploma
• Demonstrated success in engaging customers

• Bilingual
• College credits or Degree (will increase salary)
• One to three years relevant experience
