FEED MILL MANAGER jobs in New Hampshire

The Rugged Mill in North Conway, NH is looking for one store manager to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 2633 White Mountain Hwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Ship Online and Amazon Orders in timely manner. Communicate with Online and Amazon customers through email and phone when necessary. *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place. Create Purchase Orders and Create items when necessary and Receive inventory into POS system in a timely and accurate manner. *Work with staff to Process Shipments and then Merchandise the products onto the sales floor.

Qualifications

*Proven experience as a store manager *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Point of Sale System Knowledge necessary. Back End and Manager Functions experience

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
