Troubadour Residential Services Lodging Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the rental program for our department. The Lodging Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

Key Area #1: Residential Lodging & Marketing

• Prepare rental homes for marketing prospects and member rentals
• Act as the point of contact for the rental program members and marketing guests
• Oversee and fulfill special requests from Members and guests of the rental program
• Ensure pre-arrival/post-departure checklists for each home are completed in a timely manner and accurately
• Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests, and team members
• Ensure end-of-month home reports are submitted to Property Managers and distributed to homeowners
• Work closely with our property managers, office staff, sales and concierge team, to provide guidance and assistance for all club experiences and provide anticipatory customer service in a friendly, gracious and informative manner as a liaison
• Assist with coordinating and preparing rental units
• Maintains a strong working relationship with other departments, particularly Sales & Marketing Host, in the planning and execution of marketing rentals

Key Area #2: Operations

• Working with renters and homeowners enrolled in the rental program to coordinate availability and booking of rentals
• Billing services for all members enrolled in the Residential Services Program
• Interfaces with other departments to meet member requests
• Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction levels and homeowner program retention
• Routinely and continuously provide training and development for team members and new employees
• Provide supervision, oversight, training and guidance to all Residential Services teams including: Property Managers, Transportation Drivers, Housekeepers, Office Staff
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service for this position.
• Treat Members, Guests, Vendors, Customers and Co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times to ensure positive relations moving forward.
