What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical / Electrical Service Engineer to join our team. A high-level understanding of Mechanical / Electrical systems is required to assist our service department in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Torus equipment.
‘Day in the life’:
Work closely with management to maximize efficiency of position
Installation of new equipment; operator training
Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
Troubleshoot faulty equipment and upgrade obsolete components
Schedule travel and coordinate timelines with customers
Maintain inventory and equipment
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Recommend technical and product improvements to internal design team.
Work with directly with customers and create all necessary paperwork (Reports, testing, certificates, etc.)
Is this you?
Highly skilled in Mechanical \ electrical work with a strong understanding of associated components.
Understanding of pneumatic systems
Understanding of Windows configuration tools, software drivers, etc.
Proficient in MS Office
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work alone and manage several projects simultaneously
Strong troubleshooting ability
