Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $89,000.00 - $157,000.00 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with companies ranging from $50MM to $2 Billion in revenue, focusing on equipment finance and leasing opportunities within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with assigned customers and targeted prospects to acquire new business opportunities through effective calling activities.

Serve as the primary advisor for a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with product partners to cross-sell a comprehensive range of products and services.

Conduct thorough portfolio reviews and analyses to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.

Facilitate credit requests, including structuring loans, negotiating terms, evaluating collateral, and assessing industry and credit risks.

Resolve customer issues promptly by leveraging specialized product knowledge and expertise.

Participate actively in community and business groups to cultivate valuable referral networks.

Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and legal requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of various financial products, including tax, operating, and debt transactions.

Proficiency in commercial credit policies, procedures, and terminology.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Advanced credit analysis capabilities.

Ability to manage complex credit requests effectively.

Must possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record criteria as per company standards.

Self-motivated and organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Curious, adaptable, and a team player with exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

Ability to maintain resilience and optimism in various situations, reflecting our culture and core values.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum of 1 years of successful sales experience in equipment finance origination.

Additional Requirements

Travel is required for this position.
