  • Job Overview
    We are seeking an individual with Banking, Finance, Loan Processing, bookkeeping/accounting and assist with consumer credit lending to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess excellent analytical skills to process loans, balance general ledger accounts, and assess credit worthiness. **We offer all benefits except Health Insurance**

    Duties
    -Assist with balancing daily payments and transactions for multiple companies

    -Prepare reports in Excel and Quick Books both daily and monthly for multiple companies which involve balancing and problem solving

    -Data entry & balancing of daily transactions in Quick Books and GL accounts

    - Analyze auto loan packages to ensure proper documentation and process funding

    -Prepare and process daily ACH transactions

    -Prepare and process auto title work

    -Assist with managing commercial loans and reports

    -Assist with Consumer Lending: Asses loan applications and make decisions on credit limits and terms

    Education and Experience
    - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
    - Minimum of 2 years experience in Banking (Loan Processing and/or Credit Analyst) or similar role in a financial institution or Automobile Dealership

    Skills

    -Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills in navigation, calculations, & prepare spreadsheets

    -Proficient in QuickBooks software

    -Excellent Time Management Skills-prioritizing responsibilities, time lines, and multiple projects

    -High Attention to Detail: meticulous nature to ensure your work is accurate, thorough, & completed efficiently

    -Enjoys problem solving, crunching numbers, and has a knack for interpreting financial data

    -Ability to thrive under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment, effective in high-pressure situations demonstrating organization and project prioritization

    -High level of Professionalism, confidentiality, and motivation

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

    Experience:

    • Finance or Loan Processing: 2 years (Required)
    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

    Work Location: In person
