Rojas Financial is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in evaluating and hiring top talented insurance agents for our organization. .

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews with hiring manager and facilitate the hiring decision process
• On-board and train new agents
• Implement company culture, values and policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting or other related fields is preferred but not required
• Ability to build rapport with all agents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
