    What you will do:

    This position is responsible for supporting the Finance team focused on supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial ERP & EPM as well as integrated system solutions.

    You will play a leadership role in the organization, managing global financial systems practices to ensure success is achieved as it relates to eXp’s OKR goals and objectives. Daily responsibilities will include managing production support operations including defect management and minor enhancements via agile sprint deployments. Additional responsibilities include providing extended support to the accounting, finance, reporting and tax teams for monthly, quarterly and annual book closes. You will partner with Finance Project Managers to ensure new features and functionality are delivered as part of eXp’s overall strategy. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the development of process improvements and contributing to the development of the overall roadmap.


    How you will make an impact:

    • Lead a team of cross-functional global Oracle Power Users that support all business processes requiring Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials and related integrations
    • Partner with a team of technical onshore/offshore members to deliver both new Oracle cloud functionality as well as manage production support activities
    • Manage the functional activities and production support for Configurations, Customizations, Integrations, Data Migration, Reports, Output Documents, and unit testing using SDLC methodologies
    • Ensure all delivery follows best practice methodology, including thorough testing and quality documentation
    • Support high priority deadlines such as monthly book close, billing and payment activities, and quickly respond and resolve issues per agreed upon SLAs
    • Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building
    • Maintain Administrative documentation and create/conduct end-user training
    • Manage business priorities for the team and ensure deliverables are completed on time
    • Participate in and complete audit tasks as assigned
    • Does not require day to day supervision and has the ability to handle ambiguous situations


    How you will grab our attention:

    • Deep functional knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Intercompany, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Procurement, Financial Close & Consolidation and Account Reconciliation
    • Must have experience soliciting and documenting business requirements
    • Applies deep technical Oracle cloud expertise to solve common and complex issues, and identifies and recommends appropriate fixes or alternatives
    • Excellent communication, relationship management and collaboration skills
    • Ability to drive, adopt and lead others through change
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong business process skills and system skills including troubleshooting issues
    • Strong teamwork skills, including positive attitude and flexibility to support system priorities
    • Excellent facilitation skills with both large and small groups
    • Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
    • 3 years in a team lead or manager role
    • 5 years of years demonstrable functional experience in Oracle financials Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Intercompany, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Procurement, Financial Close & Consolidation and Account Reconciliation
    • 5 years experience in financial systems and business processes, especially around close & consolidation
    • 3 years experience with Data Management, Smart View, and Financial Reporting
    • Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle DB) including relevant ETL solutions
    • Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow development
    • Experience with intercompany eliminations and reconciliations

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or technology related field.
