Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians, maintaining strict adherence to protocols and patient safety.
Monitor and meticulously document patients' conditions, promptly notifying healthcare providers of any changes to ensure timely interventions.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments, contributing valuable insights to patient care plans.
Provide invaluable assistance with patient education and discharge planning, empowering patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for optimal recovery.
Deliver specialized care to patients requiring tube feeding, ventilation, and airway management, demonstrating expertise and empathy in every interaction.
Extend compassionate pediatric care and offer unwavering support to families in home care settings, fostering a nurturing environment conducive to healing.
Regularly assess vital signs and rigorously uphold infection control protocols to safeguard patient well-being and promote a healthy environment.
Utilize ICD-9 coding with precision and accuracy to maintain comprehensive and compliant patient records.
Requirements
Preferable prior experience in a healthcare environment, showcasing proficiency in physical examinations, tube feeding, pediatrics, home care, ICD-9 coding, discharge planning, ventilation, vital signs monitoring, infection control, and airway management.
Exceptional communication skills coupled with a collaborative spirit, enabling seamless teamwork within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
