Position Title and Summary

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for handling all administrative functions as related to the Fleet side of the organization. This role works closely with the other members of the Fleet division as well as overall operation to complete department related projects or tasks.

Reports To

Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Receives all red light and speeding violations ; distributes accordingly to all sites
• Ensures fleet tags are current and are processed 30-60 days prior to expiration by running monthly data reports
• Responsible for all fleet IPASS transponders, IPASS account, maintain current and reporting data
• Maintains titles and registrations in order by year
• Upload registrations, DOT documents and other vehicle related items into Dossier

Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical Skills

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
• Detail oriented with excellent planning and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with minimal direction; motivated individual who needs little or no guidance
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and Excel

• Team Player and self-starter with sound problem solving and decision-making skills and organization networking capabilities with ability to share best practices across cross functional teams
• Develops and maintains cooperative and professional relationships with employees, managers, and representatives from other departments and organizations.

• Occasionally required to stand and walk
