Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Job description: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. Responsibilities:

v Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

v Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

v Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.

v Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

v Analyze social media data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

v Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

v Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

v Maintain an organized schedule for advertising needs across all our departments.

Required Skills and Experience:

v Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising.

v Experience with photo/video editing.

v Self-motivated - ability to stay ahead on postings and hit deadlines.

v Experience with sign production is a plus.

v Willingness to help and learn the production process.

v Willingness to learn, operate, and handle equipment/material with care (Printer, Laminator, vinyl, etc.)

v A positive, upbeat attitude with a strong sense of teamwork

v Reliable transportation and ability to arrive at work on time.

v Proficient in using social media management tools.

v Strong knowledge of advertising principles and best practices on social media platforms

v Experience with graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content.

v Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content before publishing

v Basic video editing skills to create short videos for social media platforms.

v Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic from social media channels.

v Understanding of SEO principles to optimize social media content for search engines.

v Attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

v Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.

v Must be 18 years of age or older.

v Valid driver’s license required.

v Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to make logical decisions in support of business demands.

v Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively over the phone and face to face.

v Use effective time management techniques and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multitask without negatively impacting performance or results.

v Must be able to effectively and accurately complete detailed work with a sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
