Responsibilities:
The Fleet Manager solicits commercial fleet accounts and ensures deliveries of all fleet sales meet the highest standard. The Fleet Manager determines and presents the terms of purchase to customers and helps them choose products that suit their needs.
Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction. Eliminate any customer confusion.
Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer’s Guides, and Warranty Disclosures.
Be an expert on product knowledge and be able to share this knowledge with the sales team.
Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into Performance Dashboard.
