This role is vital in helping to create a positive experience for our patients.
You must be able to acknowledge patients in a warm, courteous manner while answering a high volume of calls. As part of our administrative team, you will assist patients in making, changing, and canceling appointments, ensuring patients have access to the services they need.

You must always follow HIPAA guidelines and adhere to the company confidentiality policy.
