Full Time Scheduler
· The Scheduler coordinates and provides nursing staff coverage to ensure that all shifts are staffed adequately. In this role your responsibilities as a staffing coordinator include scheduling nursing needs, hours and vacations based on budgeted PPD and current census. Daily reviews of scheduling levels and staffing changes with the DON and Administration as needed to maintain safe staffing levels for proper resident care. Previous knowledge preferred in computer skills, Staff Recruitment, Staff Retention, All Nurse and Aide Schedules, Onboarding, Direct Care (Nurses and STNA) Payroll punch verification & Bonus verification.
