Foreclosure Manager develops and administers the foreclosure agenda for an organization. Designs and implements programs to improve foreclosure processing. Being a Foreclosure Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Foreclosure Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Foreclosure Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. ```Duties``` As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the foreclosure process for delinquent accounts. Your duties will include: - Reviewing and analyzing loan files to determine foreclosure eligibility - Coordinating with attorneys, trustees, and vendors to facilitate the foreclosure process - Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to foreclosure proceedings - Communicating with borrowers regarding foreclosure timelines and options - Managing foreclosure timelines and deadlines to ensure timely resolution ```Experience``` To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: - Experience in loan origination, processing, or underwriting - Strong mathematical skills with a focus on basic math and financial calculations - Knowledge of loan documents, contracts, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and other relevant financial services regulations - Familiarity with loan officer duties and responsibilities - Proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
