This key position in our organization processes a high volume of property foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently to ensure the deadline of returning the inventory is met. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients is critical in this role. The role focuses on identifying real estate foreclosure issues, analyzing multiple transaction factors, troubleshooting, offering solutions, and resolving problems for clients. This position requires proficiency and to be a subject matter expert within the state guidelines.

· Advanced Knowledge of foreclosure statues.
· Real Estate and Timeshare Litigation experience a plus.
Salary Range: $18-$20/hr depending on experience
