Foreclosure Specialist

Sales Advisors of Florida is hiring on behalf of our client, Eck, Conley & Richardson. This key position in our organization processes a high volume of property foreclosure orders in multiple states accurately and efficiently to ensure the deadline of returning the inventory is met. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients is critical in this role. The role focuses on identifying real estate foreclosure issues, analyzing multiple transaction factors, troubleshooting, offering solutions, and resolving problems for clients. This position requires proficiency and to be a subject matter expert within the state guidelines.

Eck, Collins, & Richardson is a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants, with over 100 years of combined experience in real estate, timeshare, land trustee, escrow, collections, and foreclosure law. Skillset Required

· Ability to work independently and work with minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience: a minimum of 3 years working in a professional real estate environment.

· Education: 4-year degree, or 2-year degree with Paralegal Certification

· Ability to work on-site in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

· Advanced Knowledge of foreclosure statues.

· Real Estate and Timeshare Litigation experience a plus.

Salary Range: $18-$20/hr depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
