Franchise brands seeking operations & management executives to become owners by investing into brands.

Main Responsibilities:

The franchise owner is responsible for:

• General business operations at a semi-passive level or owner operator level
• Managing team (if owner operator) or GM (if semi-passive investor)
• weekly meetings w/GM or HQ DM to discuss KPI’s; goals; financials
• follow brand directives
• HR - be involved in hiring any needed team members

Job Requirements:

• Minimum net worth and liquidity as directed by the brand
• Experience in managing teams, business operations and reading financial reports
• Excellent communication (written and oral)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Desire to build their own equity, and apply their skill sets their businesses growth and development

Ideal Experience:

• President, C-Level, Manager roles and responsibilities
• Business development

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Bend, OR 97703: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bend, OR 97703
