Culver Franchising System, LLC is currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to help support our existing franchisees and growth in our Michigan and northern Indiana markets.

The person selected for this position will be responsible for guest service, new restaurant openings and financial results in approximately 40 franchised locations. They will also provide ongoing leadership and advice to franchisees regarding restaurant operations. This includes supporting positive guest relations, product quality, training, team development and expense controls; while providing expertise to franchisees in their quest to build restaurant sales and profits, and ultimately adding value to the Culver’s brand.

The primary territory includes the Grand Rapids, Michigan area to Traverse City to Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a remote/home-based position, ideally based in Grand Rapids, MI, and travel is required 80% of the time. Overnight travel will be required approximately 4-5 times a month.

If you are someone who:

• has five years related experience or experience as a General Manager/District manager in a multi-unit restaurant concept
• has the ability to travel up to 80% of the time including nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
• has a Food Safety and Sanitation certificate
• has excellent time management and organization skills
• has a passion for the restaurant industry and loves helping people reach their goals

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
