This role will be a department of 1. Our HR Manager is the go-to person to support our employees throughout their employment life cycle, this means you would be in charge of recruitment efforts and onboarding new employees to the team, ordering new uniforms, tracking licenses, performing regular audits, and would need to be comfortable performing exit interviews for entry/mid-level security personnel. This position is 100% remote, but our company is based in Washington State, so candidates must be able to work in accordance with west coast Pacific Standard Time (PST).
To be successful, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources related work within the security industry. If you have proactive organization skills, are familiar with HR laws and regulations, can handle tasks with urgency, and enjoy working with employees of all personality types, this is the position for you!
