Fraud Prevention Supervisor supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to identify and prevent future fraud. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Prevention Supervisor regularly reviews the team's work product and makes recommendations as needed. Researches, documents, and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Supervisor analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations to promote more effective operations. Provides training and guidance to new employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities : Collaborates with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
Will assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to target population.

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP : Reports directly to Prevention Supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelors Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs.
At least three (3) years experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs.
Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures
TRAVEL : Domestic travel is required for this full-time position. Local, independent travel is required. Must possess a valid drivers license and method of transportation.
EVENING AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY : Must be available evenings and weekends for meetings, outreach, & program coverage.
HOURS PER WEEK : 35 Hours / Week, Salary, Exempt
