This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our organization and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch care. **Responsibilities:** • Greet patients and visitors, answering their questions and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. • Manage the front desk, including handling patient registration, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. • Utilize Google Suite to document patient information and maintain accurate records. • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all patient information is updated and accurate. • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception area, waiting room, and patient records. • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing patient records and handling incoming mail and packages. • Possess a working knowledge of medical terminology and practice confidentiality. • Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and visitors. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient care and work effectively with other members of the healthcare team. **Qualifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Prior experience as a medical receptionist or front desk agent is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. • Basic knowledge of medical procedures and terminology. • Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping practices. • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
