Job Summary:
HealthMax Home Health Care of Minneapolis is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service, answer phones, scan/fax paperwork and other various small projects.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Scan/fax documents.
- Take up other small duties as assigned (various small projects.)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications (especially Excel and word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Be able to pass a MN BGS ( background study)
