Dental Front Desk Associate Memphis, TN - Dental Partners White StationPure Dental Brands has a Front Desk Associate position located in Memphis, TN. We are looking for a reliable, fun, smiling team member who is dedicated to patient care. At Dental Partners White Station, our dedicated and qualified dental team members make a difference each and every day. We engage in a teamwork oriented culture where Servant Leadership and Doing the Right Thing at all Times is encouraged and celebrated.Duties include but not limited to the following;
- Manage the schedule - make and confirm appointments
- Insurance verification
- Answering phones
- Collecting payments and offering treatment financing options
- Handling AR and other front office related duties
- Focus on Outstanding Claims and Outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Building and creating professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients.
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:- Friendly, helpful and organized
- Willing to jump in and assist where needed
- HS Diploma or GED. Prefer some college such as a 2-year degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk role, preferably in a dental setting but will train
- Proficiency in working with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Verbal and written communication skills
- 1 years of Dentrix experience preferred but will train
- Ability to work the required scheduled - Part Time day/hours may vary
