TownePlace Suites located in Broken Arrow has an immediate opening for a FULL TIME Front Desk Associate to work the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm. This is a 40hr a week position with days of the week to be determined.

Salary range is $14 to $15 per hour depending on hotel hospitality experience. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Utilize phone systems and other hotel software effectively
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to the hospitality industry
