Responsibilities: - Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices At our hotel, we value our employees and offer a supportive work environment.
