Job Description : MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF CASH ADVANCE EXPERINECE ... We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Funding Specialists.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with small and medium-sized businesses seeking financing solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will assess the financial needs of potential clients and match them with our tailored funding products, including merchant cash advances and alternative financing options.

Responsibilities :

• Closing warm leads generated by our call center
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' funding requirements.
• Educate clients on various funding options and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of funding applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance industry, 2 years minimum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay : $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
