Phone Sales - Account Opener Position

Seeking hungry, self-motivated go-getters looking to grow with a young, fast-growing commercial finance firm.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our phone script and rebuttals - so that you can find qualified prospects with confidence and competence.
• Call 100 leads per day to find 5-10 interested prospects each day.
• Send emails to those prospects with your application link.
• Obtain 5-10 qualified & completed applications per week.

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
• Must be coach-able
• Must have a winning attitude (or a strong desire to develop one.)
• Must enjoy talking to and working with people.
• Must be resilient, thick-skinned, and not easily discouraged.
• Determination to learn and grow, personally and professionally.
• In-office: Monday-Friday 9:am-6pm (1 hour lunch)

*This is an entry level position paying $40,000 per year.

**Those that advance and excel in this position will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Funding Specialist (closer), earning commissions up to 40% of generated revenue and company overrides, with an income potential of $200,000 in their 2nd/3rd year.
