What it's like to work here: Our company is family owned and operated. The environment in the store is much like a family. There is a great support system in place to help our team succeed. Our team shares a positive attitude, tons of flexibility, a great benefit package, and unlimited opportunities for income. Our sales people make between $50,000 and $150,000 depending on how much they sell. The average sales person in our Bismarck location earns around $70,000 per year. Base pay for a new hire is $22.50 per hour plus 3% commission on delivered merchandise for the first 12 weeks. After those 12 weeks or when commissions exceed the base, a salesperson is transitioned to full commission.

A day in the life as a furniture consultant: As the face of the organization, our sales team helps our guests find the perfect home furnishing items to help turn their house into a home, a place to make memories with their families. It is a very fast paced environment where making friends with every person that walks through our doors is a priority.
