`Basic Function and Scope of Position: Assist Supervisors and other associates in special projects and office duties as required. Primary Responsibilities: • Keep all data and records up to date. (OEE, MUV, assist in production and TR schedule - department specific) • Typing memos, reports and general correspondence from rough drafts to final copy • Ordering supplies, filing and other office duties • Input all data daily • Keep accurate files and record information accurately • Perform inventory transfer, ship confirmations and other DE functions as needed in the AS400 - department specific • Work with Supervisor/Group Leader to investigate inventory issues/discrepancies - department specific • Drive forklift as required - department specific • Assists other Crib staff as requested in organizing, counting, and otherwise dispositioning the inventory maintained in the Tool Crib (department specific) • Perform all duties related to general clerk position as assigned • Develop, control and maintenance of Manufacturing Packets- Quality department specific • Handling and storage of gages- Quality department specific • Tool Crib Receiving • Stocking • Cycle Counts • Issue MRO & tooling to operators • Set up Autolite part #’s in EAM-INFOR & bin locations • Run RFQ reports for tooling, MRO & MADE in house items • Process PO’s for tooling & MRO • Assist with invoicing discrepancies with A/P • Communicate with suppliers on discrepancies • Create RFQ’s in DSSI site for MRO • Handle RMS’s for Tool Crib • Tool Crib Housekeeping • Cross trained associate to help with department needs Must be able to work any shift and or overtime when required; Must be willing to improve quality of work processes and reduce costs; Must adhere to the requirements of the Environmental Policy. They will notify Department Leadsperson, Technician to shut down the process Department Specific: • Analyze inventory issues to determine root cause of errors • Dealing with millions of dollars of inventor
