Robosource, LLC is a growing small business focused on being a leading provider of educational robotics products and a trusted distributor of consumer and commercial plastics materials. We are searching for a hands-on team member to support daily warehouse and production operations including order fulfillment (shipping & receiving), warehousing, production, and assembly tasks in this part-time or full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and ship a wide variety of products to fulfill customer orders. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to package orders and generate shipping documents.
• Receiving & Inventory: Receive inbound shipments and stock into inventory, verify quantities and quality, and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Production Tasks: Work on light assembly, plastic sheet cutting, product kitting, and other packaging tasks such as using counting scales and labeling.
• Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• High School diploma is required, additional education is a plus
• It is highly desirable for a candidate to have completed at least one of the following:

a) Vocational training or college
b) 2 years of experience in shipping & receiving, material handling
c) Experience working for a small business or startup is a plus

• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Excellent time management skills, strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads to meet daily and long-term deadlines
• Fast learner who is able to adapt to a dynamic and varying work environment.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems independently and quickly
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with coworkers and management
• High level of computer & technical proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Physically fit, able to frequently lift items up to 50 pounds, large in size, and/or bulky.
• Experience using forklifts and motorized pallet jacks is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
