Overview:
Roadmaster Marketing is seeking a wild and zany creative force who wants to dazzle retail shoppers by crafting engaging and entertaining graphics. This person will be a bottomless well of ideas (even bad ones!) with the ability to transform thoughts into a visual medium and love the process of creating marketing content.
They will also be self-motivated and enjoy autonomy, but enjoy collaborating and participating as part of a team. They will have a working grasp of standard design principles and bring their own creative flair to the table.
The individual will be responsible for developing and curating design and social content with a focus on digital design implemented across traditional media, social media, and website platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging graphics and layouts for print and digital media
- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, and advertisements
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate the desired message
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience:
- Proven experience (at least one year) as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Experience with web design and content management systems (WordPress) a plus
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
