Job Description

This position supports the Total Rewards function within Human Resources, in creative execution of our total rewards communication strategy.  Provide graphic solutions that address identified project needs, using a combination of the following tools: sketching, computer generated images, print. This internship opportunity is primarily for Summer 2024 and requires the candidate to be located in the greater Cleveland Ohio area.

Organizational Relationship:

Position reports directly to Lead Analyst, Total Rewards Strategy

Accountabilities:

• Prepares illustrations or layouts of material according to instructions
• Collaborate with the Total Reward team for creative direction through brainstorming sessions 
• Comfortably use and build within design guidelines and templates
• Assist in drafting and editing communications
• Complete projects within standard lead times.
• Prepare final images/video for all social platforms
• Other duties as assigned to advance the communication strategy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in a Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience working with Mac OS and/or PC
• Skilled in content creating
• Strong eye for design, layout and typography
